King of Prussia Chiropractor: Dr. Nicholas Marini

I never knew what it was I had growing up. My father adjusted me regularly as a child, but I had no idea what it was or what it could do for me; I just thought it was a fun ‘crack.’ In fact, I was training to go to Medical School.
One day, in one of my Physiology classes, it finally hit me. Why I was never really sick as a child, why my asthma disappeared, why I always felt like the world was in the palm of my hand – it was all because of the limitless potential I gained from Chiropractic and family. From there, it all became clear. I looked deeper and found that the science began to contradict the accepted medical rhetoric. It was then that I decided to not foster symptom correction and mediocrity but bring more, that extra something, to people’s health. I wanted to give everyone the life I had growing up.
I began my Pre-Chiropractic career at Villanova University, where I focused on the essentials of a Bachelors of Science in Biology, including Physiology, Biochemistry, Anatomy, Neurology, and Immunology. It was here that I developed a love for the Arts and Philosophy as well.
After graduation, I decided to go to the best school for Chiropractic, Life University, in Atlanta, which was a big move for a native South Jersey boy. There, I excelled in all facets of Chiropractic and Health, including advanced courses in Physiology, Immunology, Neurology, Xray Analysis, Diagnostics, and Chiropractic Adjusting Techniques. They also fostered my love of Philosophy. Graduating in March 2010 with honors, I decided to join my father in practice.
I have always loved helping people, evolving from being the good friend to becoming the good Chiropractor. It gives me great joy in helping people feel better, but nothing makes me happier than when I see the faces of people when they finally ‘get it’ like I did, and realize that Chiropractic can do much, much more than just relieve their pain. I make myself available for every patient in order to help them in whatever way I can.
People always ask me what I do to help myself be healthier, and I tell them two simple things. First, keep happy! Do that which makes happy (within reason). That also means to not focus on the dark and bad. Negativity only breeds negativity, so use negativity as a learning experience to bolster the positive. Aside from Chiropractic, I love to sing, so I joined the Mendelssohn Club in order to express my love of the arts. I also try to spend as much time with my wonderful mother, sister, grandmother, and of course, my father, Dr. Steve. Second, respect and listen to your body! Practice proper nutrition, supplement naturally, exercise, listen to what your body is telling you, and get adjusted! Personally, I exercise daily, I get adjusted every week, I eat organic and natural foods (avoiding processed, overly refined, artificial foods), I completely refuse all vaccinations, and I refuse medications when unnecessary (if you want to know more about any of this, please just ask!).
Ok, that’s quite enough about me. If you are interested in Chiropractic or anything I just talked about, feel free to call me at our King of Prussia office. I’d love to hear from you!
